Letting some go can be one of the most stressful decisions for any business owner. We spend many agonizing moments with employer’s who don’t want to be seen as the bad person however the decision needs to be made for the benefit of their organization and those working within the organization. 

At CJ Harris Coaching and Consulting we understand the anxiety and stress that having to let someone go affects you and your organization. We offer termination services that are respectful of you, your employees and the departing employee.
