Jim Harris is passionate about seeing successful outcomes in the workplace. For more than 20 years, he has spent his career specializing in Human Resources, leadership training and development, and conflict management. His extensive knowledge of workplace management makes him the ideal candidate to provide an objective view of conflicts, identify problem areas, suggest and provide training options. He is highly skilled at conflict resolution and can provide an independent investigation into allegations and resolves in a professional manner.
